SR. Project Engineer

Full-Time Position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engineering design to meet building code requirements, both for residential and commercial buildings

• Knowledge in design of various materials such as steel, concrete, masonry and wood-frame

• Project management of jobs in both design and construction phases

• Coordination with other office staff to produce and finalize construction documents

• Work with clients to meet design and detail requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE)

• Preferred to have Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain license

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of previous experience in a similar position

• Able to work in a team environment

• Detail oriented, organized, and able to solve problems

• Ability to handle several projects at one time
