Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new, two story, approximately 32,000 square foot medical office building located at the Nanticoke Health Services Mears Campus in Seaford, DE. The new office is home to a number of services for specialty and primary care including a walk-in lab, exam rooms, rehabilitation space, and diagnostic imaging labs.

Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new, single story, approximately 18,000 square foot center for the care and treatment of cancer and blood disorders. The new facility includes outpatient chemotherapy infusion center, hematology care, medical and radiation oncology care, a new linear accelerator concrete vault structure, conference and support group facilities, and other miscellaneous support services.
