Description

Pilottown Engineering is currently providing construction engineering services for a new, 7-story, approximately 180 room hotel located on the riverfront in Camden, NJ. Our services consist of designing and providing calculations for the exterior cold formed metal wall framing along with providing shop drawings detailing the wall façade’s components and connections. The hotel is anticipated to be open in 2020.

Description

Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new, 7-story, approximately 94,300 square foot hotel facility immediately adjacent to historic structures. Along with the hotel rooms, the new facility consists of retail/restaurant services, coffee shop, fitness area, meeting room, and other miscellaneous hotel support spaces.

Tru by Hilton Hotel

Description

Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for the first Tru by Hilton Hotel located in the State of Delaware. The new hotel consists of 4-stories, approximately 90 rooms, and amenities heavily catered towards youth sports and active families.
