Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for three new separate elementary schools located in the Cape Henlopen School District. Each of the schools hold approximately 720 students and consists of one and two story spaces containing classrooms, outdoor classrooms, cafeteria / gym / auditorium, media center, offices, and other miscellaneous support spaces.
Laurel Middle & High School

Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new Middle and High School for the Laurel School District. The new High School and Middle School consisted of a shared facility holding 700 middle school students and 700 high school students. Even though the facility was shared, they were designed to feel like two separate entities but for budget constraints operate as one building. The school features a 1,000 seat gymnasium for the high school, a 200 seat middle school gymnasium, and a 600 seat auditorium along with separate middle school and high school classroom, offices, and miscellaneous support spaces

Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new 1,000 student Middle School and 1,600 student High School joint facility. The new facility will feature state of the art classrooms, administrative spaces, media center, gymnasiums, and an 820 seat performing arts center.
