Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new, 2-story, 5,250 square foot private residence located adjacent to the existing Lewes / Rehoboth Canal and accompanying marsh. The new residence’s design incorporated gambrel roof components emulating residences located in the Nantucket region.
