Description
Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for three new single-story retail buildings. The new retail complex consists of a 12,000 square foot, 9,500 square foot, and a 32,000 square foot building containing various retail and restaurant shops. The structures contain corner towers and decorative, exterior canopies.

Provided Structural Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for a new, 2-story, approximately 8,000 square foot retail facility. The second floor consists of an interior restaurant space that includes a larger, exterior deck / patio while the first floor contains retail spaces.
